Kyiv Modern Ballet "Rain & In Pivo Veritas"

With "Rain" and "In Pivo Veritas", the acclaimed Kyiv Modern-Ballet presents two remarkable one-act ballets by celebrated choreographer Radu Poklitaru.

The evening opens with "Rain", a poetic choreographic suite exploring the lives of people whose paths unexpectedly intertwine. Set to music by Johann Sebastian Bach alongside traditional music from cultures around the world, the work reflects on human connection, the passage of time and the shared experiences that unite us all.

Following the intermission, "In Pivo Veritas" brings a vibrant and playful contrast. Set to Irish folk music and Renaissance compositions, the performance combines wit, energy and striking choreography in a bold, visually captivating celebration of dance.

For more than two decades, Kyiv Modern-Ballet has earned international recognition for its distinctive artistic language and contemporary interpretations of classical and modern themes.
